The archaeological researches from the sub-Carpathian area had revealed a remarkable quantity of stamped tegular material, widely used for the structures executed by marching or stationed troops from the region. The gathered material comes from I Italica, V Macedonica, XI Claudia legions, cohors I Flavia Commagenorum, being discovered in the camps from Tārgsor, Drajna de Sus, Pietroasele and Voinesti. The investigation of the stamp types and variants indicates different rates of the units' participation in the expeditionary task force from Teleajen valley. The variant repartition leads to the conclusion that legio I Italica has the most numerous cohort participation, followed by legio XI Claudia. Legio V Macedonica has a surprisingly small number of stamps, which denote a reduced presence. Cohors I Flavia Commagenorum seems to have participated as an entire auxiliary troop, the variants of stamps pointing out all five centuriae of the regiment.

The expeditionary task force engaged on the Teleajen valley in the summer of 101 seems to have initially comprised only I Italica and V Macedonica legions, to which had been added, at a later time, one centuria from the XI Claudia legion, arrived directly from Pannonia, as the variant of the documented stamp indicates.

Joined up at Drajna de Sus, Tārgsor, Malaiesti and Pietroasele, the units had stationed for autumn and winter of 101-102. During this period, the first earth phase of the Drajna de Sus camp had been built, and of course of the Tārgsor, Malaiesti and possibly Pietroasele camps.
